Order Cancellation

To cancel the order, simply email us at [email protected]. Just in case the box has already been shipped, please do not accept the courier and we will take care of the logistics and return your money to your bank account / credit card.

Can I cancel a Subscription?

Oh yes sure! You can cancel a subscription any time. Your balance amount from the subscription will be refunded to your account within 10 business days after deducting for the delivered boxes. If you cancel the 1 month subscription, please do it within the first 10 days of delivery of the box. Thereafter, we won’t be able to cancel the subscription or refund you the amount you spent for the box.

How long will the refund take?

In case we’ve not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and refund should get credited in your account within 7-10 business days. On the cancellation of subscription, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 10-14 business days.

How can I exchange/return Box bought at SmartoKids?

Product once opened cannot be exchanged / returned after 10 days of delivery or if the items of the box have already been used and can’t be used again.

Can I return a box I am not fully satisfied with?
